Quiver uses the SIYI A8 gimbal camera for video reconnaissance, transmitting over the HM30 telemetry system. While telemetry data can be received successfully through the HM30 ground unit, displaying the video feed on an external monitor requires additional hardware and configuration steps.

This bounty requests a complete setup guide and a full Bill of Materials (BOM) that will enable a new user to establish a working SIYI A8 video feed at their ground control station.
