1. Executive Summary
This report summarizes the progress of Project Quiver during the final week of June 2025.
Note: Work from the beginning of May to June 21 was documented in the Phase 1 report. This document complements that by covering the rest of June and the remaining deliverables and transitions into Phase 2. Budget details for June are also included.

General Updates
In the last week of June, the team officially moved from design to action. The build of PT3 started based on the final design files. Two aircraft will be built, one in Germany and one in US. The German prototype will be funded and owned by Project Quiver, while the US one will belong to Javelina Works DevCo.
Four sets of PCBs were ordered and built in Germany. After the last few tests, two sets will be sent to US. The airframe structural parts are expected to arrive in 10 days. The 3D printed parts will be prepared by then, as well as harnessing. The general assembly is expected to happen during the third week of July.
To keep track of what’s being built and tested moving forward, an aircraft logbook template is also created. It’ll be used to log how each prototype is configured, how the build progresses, and what happens during flight tests.
Performance metrics were created and are being further detailed. These metrics will be used to standardize how the prototypes and upgrades are evaluated, making the process more repeatable and reliable.
3. Major Studies
Not much new technical research was completed in the last week of June, as the team has focused on the final tweaks for PT3 design and documentation, and preparing for the prototype build process. That said, Some technical studies are currently in progress and will be presented in the next report once completed.
4. Goals for Next Month
- Build two PT3 aircrafts, one in US and one in Germany.
- Have first flight tests with both PT3 aircrafts.
- Perform flight tests and utilize logged data for control tuning and performance optimization.
- Create an incentivization program for decentralized test campaign.
- Revise transport case studies for PT3.
- Revise the overall aircraft design based on user feedback from the builds.
- Revise the structural design for weight reduction and ease of manufacturing.
- Run FEA analyses to assess the structural weight efficiency.
- Standardize a Remote Controller with LCD Screen
